Heated Mail is a monthly fan mail club created for everyone who can’t quite let go of Shane and Ilya. Each month, you’ll receive a little envelope filled with art, stories, and surprises inspired by Heated Rivalry, made to bring a little of their world into yours.

Frequently asked questions
When will my first mail arrive?
If you subscribe by 27th of the month, you'll get the next month's print as your first print. After that, your first print will be the following month's edition. For example: If you order on 28st January, the first edition you would receive would be March's edition. New editions ship on the 30th of each month.
When will I be billed?
Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.
How can I manage my subscription?
After you check out with your correct email address, you can either login or create an account by selecting the account icon in the top corner of my website. Once inside your account, click the 'Manage Subscription' button.
You can make any changes you need to your account inside the Customer Portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal. Stay as long as you're loving the Heated mail in your mailbox. No pressure!
You can access your customer portal via the account icon at the top of my website or through the 'manage subscription' page in the menu. You can make any changes you need to your account inside the Customer Portal.
Do I need to manually sign every month?
Nope! Once you join the Heated Mail, your subscription automatically renews every month, so you’ll receive your mail without having to do anything.
If you ever want to pause or cancel, you can do so at any time before the next month’s billing is processed. It’s easy, stress-free, and keeps the heat coming straight to your mailbox every month!
Do you ship internationally?
I ship to the most countries in the world. In some places it won't be possible to order from my website. This has to do with the Dutch law. We are based in the Netherlands, so delivery times will vary depending on how far outside of Europe you are.
Netherlands delivery is next working-day.
European delivery is generally within 7 working days.
Most other destinations are generally within 7-12 working days.
Far off, secluded destinations can be up to 15 working days.
What will I receive?
Every month you will receive:
- A letter, where I talk about my inspiration for the month, the latest news about HR and their actors, what's going on in my life and anything else that comes to mind.
- An A6 (10.5 x 14.8 cm) art print. This is a work created by me and featuring anything Heated Rivalry related. This could be a shot from the show or a work straight from my imagination.
- A Heated Mail Exclusive one shot fanfic. This fic will have a different prompt every month and is always about Hollanov.
- An extra goodie. This could be self-illustrated stickers, bookmarks, photo cards, journal prompts and many more other fun goodies. Be surprised!
Can I gift this subscription to someone?
Absolutely, and what an amazing idea to send some Hollanov to someone else's mailbox! Just enter their delivery name and address at the checkout instead of your own. It's as easy as that!

Can I track my Heated Mail?
To keep membership affordable, Mail Club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
Don’t worry though, if your print or letter ever goes missing or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it or resend it so you don’t miss a single moment of heat.
What if I'm just a little too late to sign up for a certain month?
Oh no, just missed the deadline for an edition? Don’t worry!
All past editions will eventually become available as “Catch-Up Mail”, so you’ll still have the chance to grab any editions you missed and purchase them individually.
