Mail Club and Art Prints

All envelopes and packages are mailed via PostNL stamped mail. As we try to keep the costs as low as possible, envelopes and packages do NOT include tracking numbers.

  • Delivery Timing

Each subscription package is mailed around the last day of the month. Please allow 5-20 business days for delivery depending on your location. 

  • Lost or Delayed Packages

If your envelope does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at musesbylouise@gmail.com. I will happily work with you to replace missing items whenever possible.
